NOTE: Thomas and Elizabeth Kerr are Isabella Kirk's aunt and uncle. Isabella went to live with them when her mother died, when Isabella was 2 years old. In the 1850 census for Lewistown, PA Thomas Kerr (1795-1853) & Elizabeth Kerr (1801-1873) as listed as parents of a family with 6 children. Isabella named two of her children after the Kerrs.
