Actions: cleaned, mounted on acid-free board, reframed, other
Conservation notes: The textile was mechanically removed from the cardboard, and it was vacuumed front and back through a screen. The corners were flattened with slight moisture. The loose chenille threads were tacked down, and the piece was mounted to a muslin covered acid-free board. A new frame (1991.0507) was constructed by M. Anderson for the piece, and it was framed by M. Peterson.
